These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.mova-activewear.com (hereinafter "the Site") and the company MOVA. By confirming an order, you unreservedly accept the conditions below.

1. General Information

The Site is operated by MOVA, a brand dedicated to quality activewear clothing, combining performance, comfort and durability.

2. Products

The items offered on the Site are sportswear and accessories designed with technical, ethical, and sustainable materials. Each product is accompanied by a product description sheet. Color variations may appear depending on your screen display.

3. Order

  • Validation: Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
  • Confirmation: Once your order has been validated, you will receive a summary email.
  • Availability: Our inventory is updated regularly. If unavailable, you will be contacted for an alternative or refund.

4. Price

  • All prices are expressed in euros (€) including VAT, excluding delivery costs.

  • MOVA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one indicated at the time of ordering.

5. Payment

Payments are 100% secure via:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
    Other methods (Apple Pay, Klarna, etc.) subject to availability

6. Delivery

  • Areas served: Delivery available in Europe.
  • Estimated delivery times: between 3 and 7 working days depending on the destination.
  • Fees: calculated automatically at the shopping cart validation stage.
    MOVA cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond its control.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed.
    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of error or defective product.
  • The return process is simple via our dedicated portal (see “Delivery & Returns” page).

8. Quality & Commitment

At MOVA, each piece is designed to last and respect both your body and the planet. Care instructions are available to help preserve your garments.

9. Liability

MOVA cannot be held responsible for:

  • typographical errors;
    delivery delays due to third parties;
  • damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance of the products.

10. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of MOVA. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

11. Personal Data

12. Modification of the T&Cs

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the consumer's place of residence, unless otherwise provided.
